QUALITY AND DEVELOPMENT

Certified design, development and traceability.

We work with the highest quality standards, from project to construction

Quality defines our operations here at Krah. It is one of our fundamental pillars and what sets our products and services apart from the rest.

Our quality system is based on constant training for our staff, the traceability of each product unit and the certification of our processes, in addition to the constant support of our clients.

How do we do it?

Through original software, our quality system ensures traceability for each unit of product. In the profile development stage, all initial tests are carried out to achieve the Technical Aptitude certificate issued by Bureau Veritas.

Once the Technical Aptitude has been achieved, each unit produced has a registration number engraved on the shaft and a barcode label that guarantees the traceability of the entire production process, including, among others:

  • Raw material used

  • Manufacturing date

  • Equipment parameters

  • Responsible in charge at each stage of the process

  • Specifications, tests and measurements

This entire control system is based on the requirements of the application standards of each line, and it has the certification of Bureau Veritas by lot referenced to each product registration.

K-Profile Application Line

Argentine standard drafted by an interdisciplinary committee made up of national organizations that focuses on the risks of the installation, specifying the thicknesses and the minimum stiffness used internationally to guarantee the correct operation of gravity pipes.

It is based on ISO, DIN and CEN standards and includes all variants and technologies of structural thermoplastic pipes.

IRAM 13414: 2012
National regulations for corrugated pipes.

Plastic pipes with a structural wall and a smooth internal surface, for underground drainage and storm drainage networks without internal pressure.

K-ProfilE Application Line

German standard for corrugated pipes that served, among others, as the basis for the drafting of the IRAM 13414 Standard.

It is based on ISO, DIN and CEN standards and includes all variants of structural thermoplastic pipes.

DIN 16961 1-2
International regulations for corrugated pipes.

Thermoplastic pipes and fittings with a structural wall and a smooth internal surface.

K-PE100 Application Line

International standard that allows custom-designed pipes that are subject to large external stresses and internal pressure. It sets the parameters in ranges that allow the design of pipes for specific applications such as aqueducts, submarine outfalls, and all types of drives.

It defines the structural, dimensional and behavioral variables based on tolerance ranges that will emerge from the design of a new structural profile outside of rigid tabulations of traditional norms.

It is based on ISO and CEN standards and includes all variants and technologies of solid or solid and structural thermoplastic pipes.

DIN 1065
International standard for high rigidity pipes subjected to internal pressure.

Spiral shaped tubes, tangentially extruded, with PE100 and PE4710 Polyethylene.

K-PE100 Plus Application Line

The standard establishes the parameters for HDPE pipes reinforced with fiberglass, establishes the material, dimensional and behavioral parameters necessary for the manufacture and application of solid pipes for high internal pressure.

DIN 19674
International regulations for HDPE pipes reinforced with fiberglass.
